Davidson'sTea Bulk, Organic Sugar, 16-Ounce Bag

I like using Davidson's Tea Bulk Organic Sugar in my drinks and recipes. It adds a subtle sweetness without overpowering the flavor. The 16-ounce bag lasts a long time and the organic quality is a plus.

Some reviews here are clearly deceived and people cannot discern between weight.This a 1 pound bag of organic sugar. Not a family economy size for super cheap. Please don't bash this product for actually advertising what it is. You are only making yourself look bad and giving this product a bad name/review which it does not deserve.I will admit, paying $3 for one pound of organic sugar is pretty damn expensive considering I can go down the street to a food store and buy non-organic sugar 4 pounds for $2.88. I am literally paying 4x more for organic sugar and I normally wouldn't complain, but I use sugar everyday!I bought 2x of these to test them out for taste / quality and I do notice a difference in quality. Once its in my tea, it pretty much tastes almost the same as regular sugar.The packet itself is fairly decent in size for a 1 pound bag. People, please don't expect a huge packet of sugar.I drink my own tea at home almost everyday and I use cane sugar. So far, I started on my first packet last night and today im already 90% done with the one pound packet. I will most likely need to look for a healthier alternative for sugar but still cost effective.

This product was a little costly verses my normal order from Vitacost, but I needed to get something quickly & not need to spend $49 dollars or incur a shipping fee. Therefore I ordered this item which they don't carry @ the other guys & I was very impressed with this product.

Despite was some reviews say, the 16oz bag of sugar is filled with 16oz of sugar. There is nothing DECEIVING about that. The sugar is good in coffee and for baking. Though when baking I prefer the large crystals you find with raw sugar. I also prefer the caramel color you get with raw suugar, I find is adds a psychological flavor boost, much like the rich orange color of farm eggs. The "Davidson's Tea Bulk" organic sugar is a good product at a fair price.

This is one of the cheaper organic sugar options on Amazon. You get about the same quantity per dollar as you would with the other brands here on Amazon. I am not a connoisseur of organic sugars. It tastes good to me, but then again, I probably couldn't discern the difference between this brand and another brand in a blind taste test. Minus one star because I don't like the packing - it doesn't seal.

This is a great sugar, it's very clean, tasty without being over "sugary", I really enjoy it in or on anything requiring sugar, and knowing it's organic makes me feel better in many aspects, it's a little more costly than regular sugar, but again don't we as a nation abuse sugar a little too much !? So knowing it cost more makes me use less, and at the end the benefits go directly to a better health for both human & planet Earth.

I enjoy this in my coffee every morning- it dissolves much easier than Sugar in the Raw. It does not, however, dissolve in cold liquids as some reviews indicate. It works well in cookie doughs but not so well for things like no-cake cookies or cold-fruit desserts.However, this product is now a poor value. 6 months ago the very same size bag with the same amount of product sold for under $3. As of 10/2013 the price has more than doubled with no change in quality or quantity.
