Update 1/25/2023I got a replacement which was the upgraded one with the feet and supposed heat feature. There was a hole and the velcro wasnt sewn together on one of the legs, so with using it taking on and off the velcro will pull off. The heat feature is a joke. There is 1 tiny wire that goes through the knee and that is where the supposed heat is. Several attempts to notify and rectify with the replacement but nothing so my advise keep looking find a better quality unit its not worth the money or aggravationI am very disappointed. I searched for awhile to find something to help with leg and severe knee pain. I read the reviews on several different products and chose these from the reviews. The heat on the knee was the most important part of me purchasing these, absolutely no heat not even luke warm nothing on both. I followed the instructions and made sure it was fully charged. I even tried one at a time to see if one could have been defected and still no heat. For $100 you'd think it would have better quality or atleast have heat as described. Don't buy, doesn't work as described

The massager was OK. The calf massage was very good. The leg massage part kept slipping down my leg during adjustment. The heat for the knees was not as hot as I expected plus my left knee was warm and my right barely heated up. Still this was a good item.
