inexpensive and effective
A very simple product. Just remove the back and stick it inside on the bottom of the shoe underneath the ankle. My son's heel pain on his growth plate in his foot has improved using these simple heel lifts. They are not terribly expensive, so I can put a pair in each of his shoes.

Excellent alternative to hard expensive lifts
These are perfect. I am ordering more to replace the ones I got from the doctor. I purchased them initially for sandals and now have them in most of my shoes.

Exactly what I needed
I needed a 1/4 inch heel lift that would stay on my summer shoes and sandals. With the adhesive on one side these worked perfectly and make my summer shoes as comfortable to walk in as my loafers and boots.
