OS Performance
very bad experience for this product. poor perform of laptop OS, audio and other systems.

DVD drive is not working properly. Fingerprint Scanner no use. Doesn't Support Win11.
The media could not be loaded. The major problem is the DVD drive gets power rarely and maximum it is not working. And the processer i5 4th gen doesn't support WIN 11 to install.
