I had a similar dish that was irrevocably damaged this past holiday season so I was happy to find this one as a replacement. The serving piece has a central handle and three round sections. It measures eleven inches in diameter, and like my last one, has a variety of uses. It can hold everything from pickles, olives and other relish items, sauces and jams to nuts and candy.Each of the three compartments has a capacity of approximately one and a quarter cups. The detachable gold metal tree-shaped handle is easy to connect and disconnect to the dish with the included screw and washer. Place the metal washer onto the screw and finger tighten until the handle is just secure.The dish has an attractive design and is finished well. A Spode Christmas tree is positioned at the bottom of each of the three bowls. Holly leaves and mistletoe sprigs accent the rest of the piece looks. It will look great on the holiday table.

A perfect addition to my collection of Spode Christmas tree serving ware! Ideal size and shape for our Christmas apple, mint and cranberry sauce's to accompany our traditional meats on Christmas Day! Can't wait to be able to purchase a few more items!
