Q: Does it fit bigger men with broad shoulders?

Im 5’10” 200lbs muscular build. It fits great. Theres an adjustment on the strap for a tighter or loose fit. Super love this bag. Im ordering another for a friend.

Q: Would it work well for someone who can’t reach over the their head and instead used the buckle closure?

A person's belt for their pants can thread through the pack's loop handle and the pack could hang from a person's hip, a bit like a tool belt. The shoulder strap would then have to be put inside the pack's side pouch or put inside the partially unzipped pack, which would take some of the space inside the pack for your items.
