Great fast charger
Very happy with this purchase! It's a nice charger. Will charge anywhere from one to four batteries at a time and of various sizes. It doesn't come with instructions, which is a bummer if your a newbie to battery chargers! YouTube doesn't have any helpful vids either. * So here is how to operate the battery charger: On the front center of the charger there is a button under 1.0A. To the left, two columns under 0.5A, and to the right tow columns under 2.0A. The columns represent the battery slots. We load the batteries from left to right. To charge one battery, load in far left column, and push Center button until the 0.5A light is blue. To charge two batteries, load the two far left columns and push the center button until the 1.0A light is blue. To charge 3 & 4 batteries load the far right hand side columns & push the center button until the 2.0A blue light come on. The lights in the columns will flash like crazy when charging and 100%. When they hit 100% and quit flashing, your batteries are done charging. I make the process sound way more complicated than it is, but making sure you set it to the correct 0.5, 1.0, or 2.0 will charge your batteries faster. I can't give you an accurate charge time either because I use mine in an RV on a piece of property way out in the middle of nowhere. I'm on 12 volts and it takes around 30 minutes or so to charge 2 18650 batteries. Anyway, I'm loving this charger, way better than my last cheesy charger that I bought from a Vape shop.... and I never recommend buying one of those "recyclable" battery kits that you can buy like at Walmart or Target. You know the kind, they come with a little plug into the socket wall charger and 4 to 6 batteries. They are over priced garbage. Get yourself a proper charger and good batteries. A couple more bucks, but seriously my last charger lasted 5 years and I've had batteries last me for 3 and 4 years with constant charges.

Seems to be a good charger
I like the 3 settings. .05 amp - 1.0 amp and the 2.0 amp. I ushley use the .05 amp to slow charge. Because I have multiple batteries I can use and it takes longer to charge but evidently the lower amp charge will increase battery life cycles.

Fantastic Charger and Outstanding Customer Service
Update: 07-31-23I received an email from the seller who sent me a replacement. The new charger works perfectly and charges up my batteries quickly. I can't say enough about having fantastic customer service and the difference it can make. Thank you for caring about your customers and going above and beyond to make things right. Thanks!I have to keep removing the battery and reinstalling for it to charge or unplug the USB cable. This is happening with all 4 of my batteries, two of which are brand new. This is definitely not normal behavior for a charger and there is something wrong with this one.

Warning. Overcharged my battery.
Majorly overcharged my battery! Please test the voltage of your batteries when coming off the charger! The charger created a potentially dangerous situation for me.To test the charger, I placed a brand new NCR18650GA battery in it. Precharge voltage was 3.72v. When charging ended, I removed the battery and tested the voltage again. It was 4.34v! Lithium ion battery chargers shouldn't take the cell voltage above 4.2v. Going to higher voltages greatly reduces battery life and can also be quite dangerous. Luckily, nothing bad happened other than a potentially ruined cell. I'm only out $10. It could have been much, much worse.
