Carlisle Versa Turf 18/8.50R10 B

Bought these tires for my 445 on recommendation. They do no damage at all to lawns when mowing and have superior traction without chains for plowing. Very highly recommend.

Mounted tiers on a JD 2305 front & rear. These tiers are great in snow yet should be gentle enough to mow the lawn.

30 year old turf tires looked good, but the sidewalls were cracking and the rubber was past its prime. Needed more pulling traction for my old rebuilt John Deere 445. New Carlisle Versa Turf tires have great traction on the asphalt, gravel, grass, dirt, & mud. The old tractor is used for mowing, gardening, pushing dirt & pulling trailers around uneven ground with lots of ballast weight. The 2 wheel drive tractor needed the new style tires to keep up with my needs. The bar style tires seem to tear up the yard and Versa Turf seem to be a great medium for my needs. The tires fit nicely when setting the beads, I can’t say the same for many others tires I’ve changed, and to re stores will change these and won’t fuss about mounting then.Needed to adjust the belly mower aft height after installing the new tires, the same size tires are slightly taller but looks really close (>1”) from the back of the mower deck on this tractor. Everything worked well for the height and clearances for this John Deere 445.The Carlisle Versa Turf tires match my needs and uses at this time for this tractor. My opinion 5 out of 5 stars, understanding not everyone’s need to the same.

Great traction and they self clean and don’t hold mud. These tires are so good they could’ve found Hunters fingerprints or DNA on that cocaine.
