Good stuff
I bought the Natural flavor for over a year before I realized this vanilla flavor was also gluten free. Yum! I eat this every morning for breakfast alongside my protein shake. Yes, I eat it plain because it has a ton of flavor. It's not an overwhelming vanilla like some foods. It is actually a bit addicting and always satisfies my taste buds. I do switch on and off between this and the natural flavor though. The vanilla bag doesn't seem to last as long, because the pieces are bigger, so I end up eating more of it. I believe the bag says 11 servings, but I get about 4 servings out of the vanilla and maybe 6 out of the natural. This is good to sprinkle in yogurt or on pancakes with syrup too. So many uses, but I mainly eat it with a spoon right out of the bowl. It's really tasty.

Did not receive item as pictured
I order four bags of these. I opened and found a different packaging which I really couldn't care less about as long as the product is the same, but it is not. Package reads "New Look now with clusters" but now the ingredients are different as well. I always avoided buying any other brand of granola. I'd go out of my way to make sure I always had this one in stock because the ingredient list has always been so clean and simple. I just want a good, clean granola that tastes good and this used to fit the bill. Now I may just start making it myself because the ingredient list (which doesn't match what's pictured) looks like this..."Oats, Tapioca Syrup, Canola Oil, Almonds, Cane Sugar, Brown Rice Syrup, Brown Rice Crisp, Natural Flavor, Molasses, Salt, Rosemary Extract."The ingredient list (as you can see from the picture) used to contain only Oats, Honey, Canola Oil, and Vanilla Extract. Now this granola is just like all the others that I avoid. It was perfect. It wasn't overly sweet and it wasn't too chewy... had the right amount of bite/crunch. I didn't want clusters either. I do enjoy some cluster granola for certain snacks but I don't always want a granola that has clusters. Old simple Udi's was perfect for smoothie bowls. It was a waste of money. I'm upset about paying for and receiving something I didn't ask for and I'm upset that Udi's thought they needed to be like all the other junky granolas out there. One of the worst things about Amazon is that this can happen.. you could order and pay for something that isn't exactly what they're selling you on.

Yummy
I love this! Typically being gluten free means eating things that don't taste real. And getting made fun of by people... but that's beside the point. These gluten free granola bits almost trick you into thinking you're eating the real kind. So much so that I get nervous eating them.. And check the bag over and over. But the bag always says gluten free, surprise! I would definitely recommend these to those who have allergies and those who just want to try gluten free because it's a fad, and you lose weight. Except I don't think it's true.. Because I am gluten free and I still have weight.. Anyway, buy these if you want a healthy morning topping on your yogurt or smoothie!

Differences between bags
I'll start off by saying this is a nice tasting product with quality ingredients, if I were to strictly rate taste and healthfulness, I'd give it a 5.Having Celiac and having to adhere to a strictly gluten free diet, I've had problems with this product. It was hard to pin down, sometimes I'd go through a couple of bags without issues and then get one that made me sick. I experimented and went back and forth between bags that I felt fine with and ones that were suspect. In the end I am convinced there are cross contamination issues and some bags contain gluten.I can't per say prove this and know oats are always suspect for Celiacs, however it really seemed to be tied to a specific bag for me. I gave the product 3 stars as it is really good, but for anyone sensitive if you have issues it might be this.

Udi’s is great, but watch the added sugar
Fantastic tasting granola but giving it only four stars because of the added sugar. Found another brand on amazon called Kelly’s Four Plus that actually tastes better than this brand but doesn’t have added cane sugar.

Great as a breakfast cereal or as a snack
My wife has has to eat gluten free for the past couple of years and she saw this and added it to our Subscribe and Save. I tried this one morning with milk as a cereal and really have become addicted. I generally don't eat breakfast, but I enjoy this very much and its very tasty with milk. Once its gone, I patiently wait for our next delivery. If they sold this in larger quantities I would really be in trouble.

Totally satisfied!
I love this cereal. It’s so hard to find one that has any protein when you’re gluten free and soy free—but this one checks the boxes and is delicious to boot!

this will be perfect for you
Very tasty, indeed, but none of those satisfyingly chewy/crunchy clumps than some other brands have. The Udi's is very consistently broken apart throughout, so if that's your preference, this will be perfect for you. I use it as a garnish for my steel-cut oatmeal. The Amazon price, while competitive, might or might not be lower than what you can get at your local store. Not long after purchasing here, I found them for $1 less per bag at a brick-and-mortar.
