Better than regular crunches
I hate regular crunches and when I can't get to the gym, this is a good alternative. It's hard on the hands tho... To hold your weight... I put folded socks on the handles to make it more comfy. I have strong abs but I have skinny arms. If you have muscular arms, this might be easier for you on your hands? Idk. This is still better than crunches.

Easy Assembly
It took me about 10 minutes to fully assemble this machine by myself. The instructions are somewhat sparse but you really don't need them because the pieces fit easily into the proper place. I havent done a full workout on this yet but the few minutes I was on it to test the stability let me know that its going to be a very effective tool.

Abs machine!
Bought this to go in my home gym. I’m a big guy and I’ve used it over 500 repetitions now. Works as advertised and feels sturdy.

I love it, easy to use and you feel it working the next day. My abs were In pain!

It does the job of working out your core. Wish it was manufactured better.

Overall it didnt have clear directions on how to set up the equipment but once you figure it out it's a decent workout machine it's a lot smaller than I thought it would be you get pretty close to the ground with this but it works very well
