This is one of those products that is hard to assess. I purchased it due to its high recommendation.

Great product, Blood tests show quite effective in normalizing homocysteine levels. Would've given 5 stars, but unfortunately they've switched to a plastic bottle instead of the preferred and healthier (for you and planet) Brown Glass container.

I've been getting this for years. I have difficulty absorbing vitamin B. This definitely helps a lot.
