This toll I say is exactly like the one that is on my toilet right now. I'm 71 and disabled. I open that thing up. All I had to do was turn two bolts on the bike and it came off. I have a good day on it. I said to see right right back on it after I cleaned it off with the rag and looked bad backing all I set that seat on it and turn that knob and the seat was on. Never mess with the bidet. All came in record time in great shape. If I'm alive and well I need another one. I know where I'll get it. Amazon

So I have roommates and their toilet seat was so disgusting that I bought this for their toilet, but then I was like why am I giving them the new one so I took the old one off of mine put it on their toilet, which is still better than the last one and I kept this for myself and I’m very happy. It’s nice it’s heavy like you know not super heavy but just you know solid so you don’t have to worry about it breaking or cracking or having any issues. I’ve had it for six months and it hasn’t worked or doesn’t look weird. I’m very happy with it like I’m extremely happy with this particular product. I don’t like the plastic ones because I feel like they just are wonky and they don’t feel right and I’m always afraid they’re gonna crack or break. But this is very strong and sturdy and I love it. I’m happy.

So our upstairs toilet has been wiggling for years but I never got around to getting a new one. At the time I wasn’t the one purchasing those items for the house, and honestly I really don’t know the first thing about toilet anatomy. I didn’t even realize the seat was a separate entity separate from the bowl, and I certainly didn’t realize it was only a matter of unscrewing one off and screwing another on. Had I known, that seat would’ve been replaced years ago !!Then last week I had enough of the wiggly seat and actually stuck my head under there to see what was going on. I am actually a pretty handy person but a toilet is something I have never had the pleasure of working on. Much to my shock and awe, the seat was just attached by 2 plastic screws.. and in my case, one of the screws was MIA so that certainly explained a lot. So I come on here and look for “toilet seat screws” and they were 6.99. Looking down the page I saw an add for a toilet seat for like $18, which surprised me bc I didn’t realize they were not expensive at all. At that point a decided to just get a whole new seat because ours had an unsightly area were the plastic was stained with something that wouldn’t come off. So that took me here.. this is “enameled wood” and I have no idea what that means in the world of toilet seats (other than wood that has been enameled), but it sounded like something I would like more than plain plastic. Maybe i’m wrong maybe plastic lasts longer I don’t know. Anyway this was about the same price but I liked this one the most after looking around some more. I would have paid a little more for something that I really liked, but this was good. I don’t know how there can be such price differences in seats that look the same. Some of the listings are $80 for the same material and exact same shape seat. Usually in life, you get what you pay for, so we’ll see.Installation was super easy. The only part that threw me off was that you have to put the screws on the toilet itself first and then pop this on top and twist into lock direction (left). I tried to put these into the seat and into the toilet (like the one I just removed), but I realized I was wrong when the lid would not open all the way bc the screws were too high in the back. Then I had to break out the instructions and see where I went wrong and saw the screws go in the toilet first then the seat fits on top of the screws. Still very easy- so all good. I didn’t even realize how cheap and flimsy our old seat was until getting this. It has some weight to it, which I personally like. And it feels good to sit on. Lol pretty proud of myself fixing all by myself 🤣When I was checking out I saw they had one that was still new but not in original packaging.. but when it got here it was as new as it gets, and the bag of screws was still sealed. So I paid $14 for this which is a great buy considering it appears to be a solid, clean looking toilet seat but I’ll update if that changes.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased this toilet seat. I bought one in 2021, 2023 and now one in 2025. The reason I have replaced them every two years is because the finish tends to fade and wear in spots. We have followed the directions with regard to not using any harsh cleaners but the finish still fades. The functionality of the seat is fine so if you don't mind the finish getting a little dull and faded you don't have to replace it as often. I find it is reasonably priced compared to others and my guess is they all will fade and wear over time anyway. But when new it looks great, is easy to install and being able to easily remove the seat for cleaning is a major plus. My only reason for not giving this a 5 star review was for some reason my item did not come in a sealed box (was wrapped in plastic) and was missing the screws to attach to the seat. This hadn't happened the last two times I ordered one so I am assuming this was an isolated incident. This was not a big issue for me since I was planning to just use the screws that were already installed from my previous purchase otherwise I would have contacted the seller to get them sent. All and all the quality and functionality of the item at a reasonable price make it a good choice if you are looking to get a toilet seat.

I had a fairly new plastic toilet seat that I kept sticking to when I stood up. This toilet seat is made of wood and is much heavier and solid in construction. It also has a really nice feature that allows you to completely remove the toilet seat when cleaning. Everything was included to install the toilet seat properly.

Just replaced it with this same one after a 4 year run before breaking under a couple heavy butts, lol. Didn't even have to replace the hardware this round. New seat in 5 seconds flat! First installation is fast and like any other lid. Absolutely perfect and very affordable.

This had to be the easiest toilet seat I have ever replaced. The design is simple two pins in toilet and attach the seat and lock. It is comfortable and you can feel the sturdiness. I highly recommend this item.

...there's a gap that forms between the bowl and the lid that jet spray users like me detest since water easily passes through that and spills all over the floor. Other than that, looks and feels great. Easy to install as well.
