Perfect for O gauge layouts
They are very nice, right amount of texture, a little crumbly so be careful when using them

Perfect for 28mm to 32mm gaming.
I picked these up for Bolt Action, Warhammer, and D&D scenery. They look great, perfect height for tabletop gaming at that scale. However, they do not come with Bases. I was able to 3D print tree bases, but one could easily make bases out of clay, bottlecaps, etc. These do "shed" a little bit, which was to be expected.

Poor quality control results in excess plastic "webbing".
I have my very old Lionel electric trains set up on a nice platform. Model train layouts can never have too many trees, so I decided to get some of these less expensive trees just to have sheer numbers. Their lower price is why I'm giving them the additional star. Otherwise, it would have been only three stars due to poor quality. I order four packages, so 48 trees, and I discover that every one of them has excess casting plastic webbings (see photo). I used my Exacto knife to trim away the webbing, which required two hours! The good part is that I was able to make a nice little forest area (see photo).

Not bad - not great - durability is the big "pro" here
I bought these for D&D / wargaming knowing full well they weren't going to be amazing - and so the final assessment for me is I got what I paid for. The price is right, the quality is...acceptable. PRO: Tough little plastic trunks, coarse plastic flock basically glued on - I'm affixing these to 1" round washer bases (for weight) and using them as woodland scatter. They're great for this purpose. CON: MAJOR flashing / mold lines, there is no blending between dark and light per se...the "discoloration" people are talking about is an attempt to highlight the greenery, but it is really sloppily done and too high-contrast. I will probably dunk these in a dark wash and then highlight by hand via drybrush ... but then, these are for gaming, not for diorama work, so maybe I won't bother. NEUTRAL: they present a range of sizes between about 4 and 5 inches, and what looks like two distunct trunk styles - mine are much more homogenous, basically only the 4" / shorter one you see in the pic. ASSESSMENT: They're reasonably tough, adequately realistic, and okay for casual D&D / Warhammer or similar tabletop gaming. I would not use these for a standing railroad set or important diorama.

Love these
Absolutely love these! They are bright and vibrant and stand out among the scenery. The fact the trunks are properly textured like trees instead of the typical rounded brown tube that is a tree trunk makes me happy. They have a lengthy peg at the base which can be easily trimmed to size as needed. The leafy covering is secure. Definitely will buy these again! Well worth the cost (which is generally far less than what you'd find in a hobby or craft store).

Disappointing
The highest tree I measured is about 4 inches not counting the approximately 3/4" or so section for pushing into styrofoam or similar base. The majority are smaller. The trees shed material and make a mess. I had planned on using to fill space in a summer model village/fair that includes Lemax amusement rides and an O gauge train. A couple of trees that were 6 inches or so, per the description, would have worked. What I got was definitely too small for my purpose.
