HKS makes good speedloaders. Solid, dependable, simple. Fits the colt python properly.

Im giving a 5 star off the fact theyre "cheap". Beyond that theyre fine. They're 3d printed so it probably costs them 80cents to 1.20$ to make 1. They load .38 and 357 just fine. They hold both bullets securely just fine. There is a slight wiggle but I assume all loaders do? I have not tested their durability to being thrown around or dropped or crushed but they don't feel flimsy or easily broken.

Hks speed loaders have always been the one that I look for first. I've been using their speed loaders for years. Never any problems.

It’s a speed loader for a revolver! Works as advertised and so far (I’ve had it for a week at this point) it’s been great. My instructor at my Concealed Carry class had several of these- so if it’s good enough for a retired CSM from CID- they’re good enough for me.

I used to use the same kind back in the 1970's & 80's when I was shooting police combat competitions. They never failed me

I bought a 2024 Colt Python blued and needed speed loaders that would work with the factory wood grips. This one works without modifying the grip or speed loader. My previous purchase of Safariland comp 2 speed loaders could not clear the wood grips. Hope this helps others looking for speed loaders for newer Colt pythons.
