I've had this iPad case for about a year, and lugged it all around school. I love how it protects the screen and also lets me "stand up" my iPad. I've never dropped my iPad, so I cannot speak for drop tests. However, my favorite part is the pencil holder. I spent a long time searching for a case that would hold my pencil while letting it to charge. This case is perfect for that. It's so easy to take the pencil out, but not in the way where it would fall out. There's a little hole behind the pencil, where you can easily just push it out. The circular holes above and below the pencil holding area is also great to stick the pencil into. I've never lost my pencil, because of this function.My only complaint is that the case gets dirty easily, and can be scratched. However, that is my fault for choosing such a light color. The edges are now gray, and the back has some pencil markings on it.

If you ever accidentally get pen ink (regular ink) on it, don't bank on it ever coming out. It sucks in that color and holds on for dear life, so I'd say it doesn't clean well. It works great otherwise and I love the holder.

I love the color, it is just as images show. The buttons are easy to access and the apple pencil is easy to put in and take out. The only con would be that since I toss it into my backpack often, it gets slightly discolored/yellowed easily and is difficult to clean off unless you wipe it down regularly.

I have the large iPad Pro for using the app "ForScore". I really like the pencil holder.

I like that dedicated channel for the Apple pencil. It's also lightweight and "pretty blue". I have a hard time getting it to stand up in a useful position. It also, sometimes doesn't close tightly enough to shut off the iPad. I wish I had purchased the ZUGU case instead. Saw one at my friends and the multi adjustment angles look very useful.

Purchased a new iPad and this cover works perfectly. Rubber edges offer good protection, folds open easily. Would recommend it.
