I was skeptical at first but 3 family members including myself saw a change in our 5 year old boy. I was told that there could be a link to not being able to process folic acid (synthetic form) and to get this. Big difference, every child is different so don't expect this to be a fit-for-all purpose. Keep trying.

Good value for money, as methylated vits are hard to come by, especially those aimed at kids. My boy likes the taste and doesn't complain when I ask him to take one after breakfast.

Bought these for my 13 Yr old daughter after the GP wasn't very helpful with her greif losing her dad, her mood swings are getting her really low. 1st time taking them today so will update if they make a difference. She said there was a chalky taste to them but not too bad and the orange flavour is tolerable. 4 stars for the time being will update any changes. UPDATE! These helped my daughter for awhile then just like any form of medication she got ammume to them.Update, these were pretty helpful for my daughter for a short time but after a week or so they stopped helping. She may have the same issue as me becoming resilient to things quickly idk.

These are a rare vitamin that my girls are willing to take. Both are non verbal and after reading about a possible link between poor absorption of folate into the brain and autism I decided to try these to boost their supply. I SWEAR one of my daughters in particular who has no words or communication at all has started to make new sounds aside from her usual elongated eeee sounds! She makes more eye contact and comes for cuddles more often! I tried these for a while and noticed a difference, stopped for a while and started again recently with the same effect. If you have autistic children I highly recommend these vitamins!

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not checking ingredients - these contain artificial sweeteners: sorbitol and sucralose. They taste very bitter due to this, with a very strange, almost stale, texture. Not for us.

The media could not be loaded. They are orange flavour which my chil accepted really well. It helped achieve calmer behaviour and focus ability.

Taste is good but expensive for what they are
