Place prior to planting
I can't rate the actual effectiveness of this product because we had to return it. We have a tree with roots heading towards our pavers, but we couldn't dig deep enough to install this. I would suggest placing it prior to planting trees and it then it may work great.

Thick, good quality - but could be bigger than you expect. Requires a BIG hole.

Deceptive photos. Only comes with one panel. If you squint and read really closely you can see that from the description, but this is super over priced for one panel. We will be returning it.
