Medela Solo Single Electric Breast Pump - Noticeably quieter, USB-chargeable, featuring PersonalFit Flex shield and Medela 2-Phase Expression Technology

With the very few review comments (only 2 from India) that to in a negative connotation, made me to think a lot before buying this product. But having trust on the seller and Amazon and of course a great offer on the brand new product (Latest version), I decided to place the order for Medela Solo Electric Breast pump .The product which I received was genuine and is in a perfectly working condition. I’m more happy that it came with the seal which won my trust. (With my experience I believe I can easily find the deceiving one).Coming to the usage, my wife like it a lot and it was much comfortable to use. The best solution for the lactating mothers to save some time and manual effort on using a manual pump.Good product.. Go for it if you need one !The best electric breast pump available in the market.

This is a brilliant item which has helped me in my breastfeeding journey. Earlier had a medela manual pump which is tedious but this one works better definitely and expresses more milk.

The product was not useful.The suction power is very poor. Took lot of time to pump.Even when we increase the speed , no change. Also the flange had a black discolouration, which can’t be removed even after sterilisation.Don’t know if it’s the defective product I got. The customer care also don’t respond. Now I’m just stuck with this useless product wasting by 10k rupee. The manual pump of same brand is more efficient than this.

I can't compare it with Philips avent but Medela solo does a decent job in extracting maximum milk available. It made my pumping work really easy.

Suction power reduced after 3 weeks, send mail to customer care and no response received. If you have enough milk only it will extract other wise you need to use hand. I'm thinking why we are paying 10k for this product?

I used the plug in medela while in hospital and after that I was sold on this brand.100% worth buying if you would like something to help you with letdown flow or for pumping on the side you havent breast fed from. I had only bought a manual hand pump as I wasn't sure I would be expressing (next day delivery was my saviour of an RSI). My baby wouldn't latch and this enabled me to feed my baby breast milk and not give up on my breast feeding journey. I would say its worth buying the double hands free pump if you are wanting to express full time because although this is mobile (you can shove it in a pocket or attach to a belt) having one hand stuck keeping it in possition is a pain.It is easy to use and easy to set up, the buttons are really responsive and you can easily find a suction that's comfortable for you. The charge is decent and you can pump while it is charging. Buy a little brush like the ones used for metal/reusable straws as that will help you clean the section the milk drops from into the collection pot. The collection pots are great for storage also.

Perfect pump, but for the price I wish it was hands free. It works really well but it's a pain you have to hold it exactly in position. Very quiet and lightweight. The charge lasts a good few 30 min pumps. I would recommend it but only if you don't mind holding it in place.

Really liked this pump. It helped me a lot in the first couple of days when my breasts were too hard for baby to latch on. The battery lasts at least 7 pumps of 15-20min. Very easy to take it with me wherever I go. Easy to clean too. Just annoying you have to hold it on your breast the whole time, compared to the rubber collector that keeps itself attached. Overall really good, would recommend.

Bought this after using the Medela hand pump. I was disappointed with the suction as I can get more suction from the hand pump. Although easier to use and clean than the hand pump, it takes longer due to the rubbish highest suction level.

Easy to use, nice and compact compared to others. Comfortable too which is great.
