For my husband's birthday, I decided to put the Everdure Cube to the test, and it delivered an exceptional grilling experience. I sous-vided a massive tomahawk steak, and then, with the Cube, the final touch was nothing short of perfection. Although the tomahawk steak didn’t quite fit (the bone extended past the edge of the grill), the grill's even heat distribution allowed for a beautiful sear, locking in the flavors and creating a memorable birthday feast. Its reliability and ease of use make the Everdure Cube a standout choice for those who value both quality grilling and convenience.

So small and perfect This small grill is perfect for road trips or tailgating—super compact and fits easily in the car. Heats up fast, and after dumping the charcoal, it cools down surprisingly quickly, making cleanup and packing a breeze. Great for quick grilling sessions!

We purchased this as a gift for a friend who is somewhat of a culinary mastermind and very picky when it comes to his cooking and grilling equipment. He & his absolutely loved this! They are minimalists, adventure seekers, and live in a small space. We can’t wait to see what they make with it.

Perfect size for grilling smaller quantities… easy to clean, too!

This is a really great little grill. It's lightweight, portable, and the top storage compartment is deep enough to hold a mess kit. I have stored tongs, a spatula, rag, cleaner, and a lighter in it. I was really impressed that the grill and charcoal got SUPER HOT yet the handles were still cool enough to touch (note: the side of the grill was very hot and will easily burn your fingers, so dont move it when its lit unless you have to). The only downside as others have mentioned is the lack of a built-in lid. As much as I like the detachable storage unit, I would have traded that for hinged lid. But I am coming here to add a hack I discovered. A 10x12 inch foil pan (the only size sold by our Costco) happens to fit perfectly over the grilling space. It worked great to hold the heat in and speed up the cooking. See pic- try it!

Works great and was easy to start with briquettes. Bottom and sides do get hot, so make sure not to put it on something you don't want to burn. Pros: Clean up was a breeze, pulled the coal holder out and rinsed it off. Used a paper towel on the interior of the unit. The finish on the unit was very nice, and the unit was well built. Cons: The only con I can think of is that it should have a metal cover that can be used for either grilling or killing the coals when you're done cooking. Other than that it worked as expected.

Zuhause oder wenn ich mit dem Wohnwagen unterwegs bin, grille ich mit Gas. Wenn ein Urlaub im Ferienhaus stattfindet, dann kommt der Everdure zum Einsatz, da das Transportieren von Gasflaschen im Auto nicht ungefährlich ist. Der Everdure hat kein Gebläse, wie viele andere kompakte Holzkohlegrills. Das ist kein Nachteil, denn die Hitze ist relativ gleichförmig über das Grillrost verteilt. Man sollte vor Gebrauch unter die Feuerschale Alufolie legen, was die anschließende Reinigung sehr erleichtert. Ich verwende ausschließlich Kokosbriketts, da diese längere Grillzeiten erlauben. Man sollte den Boden der Feuerschale nur einlagig mit Briketts füllen, dann ist eine Überhitzung und Beschädigung ausgeschlossen. Da das Grillrost nicht höhenverstellbar ist, muss man die Reihenfolge des Grillguts ein wenig planen. Für Rindersteaks, Rib-eye oder ähnliches, reicht die Grilltemperatur nicht, aber sonst geht alles. Nach vielfachem Gebrauch und Reinigung sieht der Grill noch wie neu aus. Die innere, orangefarbene Email läßt sich gut mit einem handelsüblichen Glasreiniger von Fett- und Russflecken befreien. Benutzung als Tischgrill auf der Terrasse ist in Planung.

Excellent small bbq fir camping and picnic

Ce n'est pas un truc techno mais il est esthétiquement très bien, une petit couche de briquette dans le fond et 15 min. plus tard on est prêt pour faire cuire la viande. Très beau format et avec la possibilité de mettre sur la table de picnic. Par contre un par-chaleur supplémentaire en dessous aurait été souhaitable. la surface de la table devient brulante.
