Three weeks later
I bought this product twice and did the second application a week later. Not shown here are some yellow spots in other areas of the lawn where the product burned the grass. That's okay though. I assume the fungus is dead or dying. Anyway, three weeks later, and the worst area is showing dramatic improvement.

Product works. But issue is with spray bottle design.
Works well on reducing lawn fungus. But spray bottle does not empty at all. I have used three bottles so far. Two bottles were just fine and easy to use. But the last one I used only uses water and product was not getting mixed. Even after 20 minutes of spraying, the bottle had same amount of liquid left.

Misleading how much it covers
As many have already said this bottle will only cover a small portion of your yard bc it comes out too fast. I asked for a video from the company of how to cover 5000 sq ft but have received no response. I use Cutters Backyard to spray for mosquitos with the same type of spray bottle (for about $10 vs $20+) and it covers 5000 sq ft as advertised so this could be fixed. Cutters covers my whole yard but this funguscide only covers about 1/2 of my front yard! I even had my water on low but it didn't make any difference. It would cost my over $100 to cover my entire yard vs $10 with Cutters. Just trying to help you understand how much you'll need. Help them out Spectrum or make a funguscide for us! I don't know how well it works because it's only been a couple of weeks.

Big Brown Patches in Your St. Augustine - Try This!!
Our community became overrun with Brown Patch, a fungus that kills just about anything that grows where it is present in your lawn. Between last year's drought and this year's high rainfall, the St. Augustine grass became infected with the fungus. After reading up on the cure for the problem, I purchased this product containing the recommended fungicide. I have sprayed it twice (about once a month) this summer. The results have been great. The brown patches are beginning to disappear as St. Augustine creeps back into the areas where it previously grew.I'll probably make another application or two to ensure the fungus has been eradicated. One bottle is supposed to cover 5000 SF, which I believe is correct. Just make sure you control the volume of water coming out (i.e. don't run it full blast) of your hose and only give the grass a quick wetting of the product. It doesn't need a lot to get the job done, as the grass absorbs the fungicide and kills the fungus. Hopefully, this treatment will last a while.

Helps present brown patch
I get brown patch on my St Augustine grass in Texas every year. It starts around September. I have learned to be proactive and use this Bayer fungicide ahead of time (or when I see the first indication of brown patch). I also alternate between this product and the Scott’s fungicide since they have different active ingredients. That seems to work well for me. Overall, I have had a bit better success with Bayer but they both work well.

It does work, but takes multiple applications and double the product each time...
The media could not be loaded. Like other users have stated, it absolutely works but unless you are smart enough to put it down very early for preventative, it takes multiple applications. Also, be aware, if you use the liquid product (which I personally believe works better than the granules) you have to turn your water pressure on the hose on LOW. Otherwise, the full hose pressure will use up the product so fast, it will never even cover 1,000 sq feet. The best advice I can give is apply generously- as in, at least 2-3 times the amount of product suggested- don’t be scared of over applying - unlike a fertilizer- you can’t really overdo- Unless the outdoor temperatures have already reached 85 then it’s too late in the season for the liquid product.Like others report, the past several years my lawn has developed a summertime fungus. Every June I noticed small patches of white fluff, almost like cobwebs, in the morning on the dew covered lawn. These spots quickly spread rapidly around the yard creating small circular dead spots that would often merge together. Then eventually huge yellow and brown splotches! It isn't just my lawn, everyone in the neighborhood has the same issue here in the north east. The past couple of years I started putting down the granules in May. I'm not sure if I'm not using enough or if they just aren't working because even though I put the granules PRIOR to the first signs of disease, inevitably, I still get the disease. This BioAdvanced spray works wonders and stops the growth and spread of this fungus! I've used this for the past few years AFTER the fungus started - though the rating of 1 bottle per 5,000 sq feet isn't even close to what you need. I use 2 bottles per 5,000 sq ft, which is 4 bottles for my entire back yard. Even then, I need to apply it twice, 14 days apart for it to clear up the fungus. Also, I agree that it works more effectively than the Scotts DiseaseEx. However, as other's state, you will blow through this bottle very quickly and there is no way this will cover the 5,000 square feet as advertised. It is important to turn the water pressure on the hose down LOW, just to get the bottle to reach 2,500 sq feet. You definitely want to be prepared to hustle and have your hose spread out in advance to maximize your application. I don't mind spending the money if the product works and it definitely does -- again with multiple applications (using both granules and liquid.) The video is an image of the fungus before treating multiple times, the photo is after.
