Nice size, big buttons, works well.
I like this remote. The price is awesome. It is large and comfortable in my grip. The buttons are large and easy to use. The usb plug is contained inside. The only problem I had was by my own user error when I was trying to use it and getting frustrated because it wouldn't work, but then realized that I never removed the USB plug from the battery compartment and plugged it into my laptop . . . ;-(

Does not work on the newest Windows edition
I give training presentations a lot, and my old presenter died. I ordered this one and did not catch that it does not work on the latest Windows edition. That being said, somebody else in my department has an older laptop and I gave it to them. It works wonderful as long as you don't have the newest version of windows.

Easy plug-n-play with laser pointer - all you need!
Purchased for use with presentations. Very basic and easy: just one battery, plug the USB dongle into your computer and turn on the presenter. No programming, no issues. Only uses a single AAA battery so its easy to always have a spare on hand and to swap rechargeable batteries in-out. Ran it for 2 hours of presenting first time using it with no problems. Definitely recommend if you want something simple with a laser pointer included.

Good Value for the Money - But You Have to Work to Get the Value Out of It
The Good: It is very simple to set up, it is intuitive and easy to operate, it is very light, the laser pointer is bright, and the body of the pointer is very small and well formed to fit the contours of your hand. It only requires one AAA battery. The Bad: The battery compartment also houses the USB sender, meaning if you want to keep the sender and pointer together you will be repeatedly opening the battery compartment. It is difficult to open and held in place by a small piece of plastic that won't last and it won't be long before I will need to tape it closed. Instead I will try to keep the pointer and sender together as separate pieces and I can expect to lose the sender at some point. The USB sender is a "cheap" light piece of molded plastic with an exposed connector, and the surface is smooth and not easy to pull out. Other manufacturers have senders with a block-like larger grip end and their insertion end is a standard metal USB male connector that protects the contacts. Finally, the plastic is very smooth and slips around. Some form of rubber-like textured surface would be better to make it easier to use. In pressing slide advance buttons latterally on the side of the pointer, the pointer tends to rotate away from the button being pressed. The Ugly: The small 50 mm x 100 mm piece of paper that is supposed to be the manual and illustrate the buttons, battery compartment and sender is "useless". One side is in English, the other in Chinese. The font size used is so small you may need a magnifyng glass to read the words. There is plenty of space to use a larger font! The numbering system used to code a diagram showing the pointer features and buttons is completely illegible - the ink is so blurred they are just black dots. The sender in the battery compartment isn't obvious and I initially thought it hadn't been shipped. Attempts to connect were futile but I kept with it - realizing the sender was upside down and then strugglling to get my Windows 11 laptop to add the device. It wouldn't recognize the pointer, no matter what I tried. As the online description doesn't even mention Windows 10, I was about to give up. But then I just tried to use the pointer without it being added as a device, and it works.Bottom line: For less than CAD$20, it does what I need it to do, it is small and discrete and has a bright red laser. It's not quite a thow-away, but if it lasts until the end of the term I will consider it a good purchase and worth the money. If it lasts longer, it will be a bonus in my mind. It would be a good idea for the manufacturer to create a short video on unboxing the unit and connecting it up with a computer, and then provide a URL or other link to the video, rather than rely on the hopeless tiny instruction/manual sheet.

Excellent
I teach University part-time. This is just what I needed. It plugs into the computer. I don't have to install any apps and everything works right out of the box. Super easy and a great decision. Rarely is a product a no brainer but this one seems to fit the bill.
