Great camera for the price. This is not the only budget action camera I own, but it is definitely the best one. The video quality is good. Sure the 4k is not as good as a professional camera, but it blows any Iphone or Android camera out of the water. I like how it has lots of options for video resolution, from 720p at 30fps to 1080p at 120fps to 4k at 60fps, and anything in between. The touch screen is accurate to touch and functions are easy to use. Each battery lasts about 2 hours of shooting. My only complaint about this camera is that the built in microphone is not very clear and voice can come back muffled. It does come with an external microphone, but sometimes is not logical if using some action camera accessories like a head mount. However, the recorded audio when the camera is inside the underwater housing is actually clearer than with other underwater action cameras. I use this camera for 3 things: as a dash cam when going on trips, for POV video blogging, and for some light underwater swimming/snorkeling. As a dash cam, it works well. The buttons/functions are easy to use. It takes great quality video and the camera's field of view is large enough to capture the whole road and landscape on both sides. The batteries each last about 2 hours which is really good for a camera this size. The only downfall is the audio recordings are very muffled with just the built in microphone. It actually sounds like the camera is recording from inside the housing, when it is not, but as a dash cam, sound does not matter that much. When using the camera for video blogging, it takes good close up video, but the sound sounds like it was recorded on a budget point-and-shoot camera from the early 2000s. This is something I cannot really complain about, because it comes with an external clip on microphone which solves the problem. But it is difficult to find a place to clip the mic on the head or chest mount, so it is worth mentioning. I live in Baja California and Sunday is beach day. Me and the family enjoy exploring a new beach every time. This camera captures some great underwater video. We can clearly see all the fish and underwater landscape. I was really impressed with clear the underwater video is when compared to other action cameras. I was very surprised with how well we could hear with the underwater case on. the only downfall is the hinge on the housing started to rust after just 2 underwater uses and looks like it may have a crack in it, but this does not affect the function of the housing or the waterproof seal. And for the price, I promise, you won't find better. This action camera is great and the pros definitely outweigh the cons. I can use one camera to capture an entire trip from driving, to POV hiking, to snorkeling. I am very happy with my purchase.

This camera is amazing and excellent value. I bought it for a diving holiday and it worked perfectly. Light, compact but easy to use. Case worked no problem down to 30m. Also gave it to kids to mess about with in the pool.You can charge it and download pics via a cable and the menus are easy to use in and out of case. Loads of options and they all work as described. I put a sandisk 128Gb microsSD in it. Loads of accessories too in the standard pack. I shot a lot of high quality (4k 60 fps) video and 20mb pics, inc using the dive filter. See attached pics.I gave this 5 stars as it is just so good for the price, but some things to know. There is a little "fisheye" on some pics, the image curves a bit. The case is very good quality but can be scratched, so watch out for that and some of the accessories are a little brittle - I managed to break one of the accessory fixings, not even sure how . I took over 2 hrs of video on 1 charge, which I think is good. I would 100% recommend this to anyone as an alternative to gopro. The results are top quality without risking a £400 camera.

The cam doesn't record video, it will not play back to a pc, you have to take out the SD card and use a card reader, the only positive thing about the cam is it makes a good ornament.
