I like these batteries! Ive bought four and they are awesome. Had for 5 yrs now and still keeping me powered. Im vanlife so i needed the best agms until i can afford lithiums. Imma keep these batteries for my backup system when i get lithiums.

This did not last for more than a year.

We got this battery to replace the crappy, low amp-hour, lead-acid POS that came with our travel trailer. It works great and, in combination with our solar panels, we can use our travel trailer indefinitely (on 12V power, of course) without connecting to shore power. Upgrade your battery. You won't be disappointed.

Bought this battery for a 12 volt refrigerator in my r v added a 100 watt solar panel to help charge it we were gone the month of March kept the refrigerator at 23° needed very little shore power to supplement it’s change

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered two of these batteries and just a little past the one year mark, one has already failed and cannot hold a charge above 12 volts. These batteries had very light usage a part of a backup sump pump system. I have had other premium AGM 12v batteries that have lasted many years. I would not recommend this product and need to find a similar battery to pair with the remaining good one.

Shipping delays (not shipper's fault) and technical questions all were addressed within a day. Good experience all around on HR12390W battery.

I had high hopes for his battery. It did well for a while but only lasted almost a year. It eventually would not accept a charge.I do give the company high marks as they did work with me and refunded my full purchase price without any hassle. Maybe I just got a dud. I have since gone to a LiFePo 100ah battery.

7/11/20- I bought the NPP HR12200W FR 12V 200W 55 Amp High Rate Rechargeable AGM Lead Acid UPS Battery from NPPower International Inc . I was my first purchase for my Portable Solar system. Sadly It came to me damaged. The box was very thin, no plastic/rubber caps on the corners of the battery to protect the corners. A very thin layer of padding on the bottom and top, nothing around the outside. I want to return this ASAP and would like a replacement of the same type. Easy fix for the Battery....Rubber covers on the four corners. May cost an additional $1.00 for this safety feature. No charge for NP Power to request this feature from your Chinese manufactures. I have requested a Return and Replacement. Will Update upon contact from NP Power. Also, I would have never have bought from your Company if I knew I would be stuck with a $125.00 bill.Update- 7/13/20- NPPower International did refund my money for the damaged battery.
