Works perfectly in my system
My new motherboard has 4 M.2 slots, but only heat sinks for 3 of them. This fit perfectly over the fourth (a Samsung 990 Pro 1TB). Ran extended speed tests on the three matching drives and noticed no relative slowdown due to heating. Solidly built and easily installed.

Comes with both thick and thin thermotape. I have a mobo mounted m.2 Rocket nvme that got concerningly "warm", this kept in under 75degrees while video processing and returned to under room temp in just a couple of seconds. White tape goes on the bottom and grey on the top of the drive. Snap it together don't slide it.

Great but only works for larger desktop
Bought this for a laptop and it was too big, I tried it on another gaming laptop and it still was too tall. Finally used it in my desktop where it works perfectly reducing temps aby 10C.

Slightly Too Large
Had to file this heatsink down in order to screw in my SSD in the slot. Very low profile, which made this perfect for my application. Thermal pads came in two sizes, and assembling is a bit of a pain, since you have to slide in on top of sticky thermal pads. Overall it was perfect for my application.

Didn’t fit
Was too long and blocked the card from seating, threw in the trash

Great heatsink for my WD Black SN850x
Worked great for my new PC build. One thing I would recommend is to slide the top piece on to the nvme. Please don't try and snap it together. I read that others went that route and ruined their nvme.
