I am 5’8 190lbs, and I purchased a large. I wore 5 1/2 inch heels, and the dress was still touching the floor. I mostly have to buy a large, because of my breast. Depending on your body type, I think a large will fit. However, it will be quite long. Hope this helps.

I would say the XL for the length especially. It is a tight fitting dress but I've heard others comment about the length for taller women. I am 5'2"; 140 lbs and I purchased the medium but also could have comfortably fitted into a large.

If you can I would suggest the XXL. I'm 5'1 and 170lbs. This dress is very firm fitting and shows every lump and bump.
