These cups are great. Since the Moscow and Gin Mule craze is in, the copper cups have become very expensive. These work just as well and are lots cheaper!I was a little hesitant about purchasing the mugs because others had mentioned a black residue on them. When they arrived, I did notice the residue, even after washing. It seems to be some carbon leftover from the material prep process or maybe oxidation of the steel. After a couple of uses, it has gone away.

I was surprised how light these were when I unpacked them. I purchased them for everyday use at home but am reconsidering that. The lightness would be great for packing and carrying around but not daily use. They dent pretty easy and don’t seem very sturdy but I’ll give them a chance.

When I clean them with a scotch bright and dish soap, blackish color kept coming off the cup. I washed them off like 10 times. It was kind of frustrating because I was going to use these for making fudge for a lab in my class. Students made it but I told them not to eat it because of the reason I mentioned above. It might have been poisonous.

I liked the size of the cup. It is lightweight and easy to hold. The only thing I had an issue with was that one of the cups has a pinhole in it towards the bottom of the cup.

The cups are especially thin compared to comparable cups. I am not sure I would recommend actually cooking in them. They should be ok for serving hot or cold beverages, though.

I thought it was thicker, very light metal.

The great to get six of them for less than the price that it will cost you for a titanium cup and if you trade will not lose it you're still have 5 more at home

Thin steel, but still very functional. I was concerned about their durability when I first opened them up, but after a lot of use it hasn't been a issue. Single-walled, so probably not a great idea for really hot things. We've replaced most of our bowls, since it's easier for the kids to use these in the morning without spilling everywhere. Happy overall.
