great balance and solidly built for camping related activities but not so heavy that couldn't be used for tactical use. love the scabard and it is very secure. knife comes very sharp and ready to use out of the box. great price point. highly recommend.

The hand fill is excellent. I have smaller hands and have no issue getting a firm controlled grip. Wants to stay there as the handles are done very well. The coating is good but there are a couple small spots that look to have been under applied. Lost a star overall because it is dull out of the box. Takes a while to get it to the sharpness level I’m used to but once it’s there this is a beast that gives you a lot of confidence. I believe this could handle just about anything from chopping small trees to any other camp chores.

The knife comes sharp so be careful! I kind of chop some wire with it and nicked the blade so I smoothed the blade down and resharpen it and it’s great! It feels good too, like left side or right on the belt it’s at the right level to grab. The case it comes in is nice too, it’s secure, won’t fall out and clicks in the place for a nice fit all around!! My next purchase will be the pocket knife!

This is a solid well built knife. Feels great in my hands. Did a bunch of chopping, no hot spot and was still sharp enough to shave arm hair.I highly recommend this knife company.6 stars if I could

Excellent quality full tang blade. One of the rare knives that I did not need to touch up the edge. It was very sharp right out of the box. The handle is extremely comfortable in my hand and the grips provide an excellent non-slip surface. The kydex sheath is of excellent quality and design, as well.

One of the best knives I’ve had and really worth the price. Definitely heavy duty. It stayed sharp enough after a camping trip and it was used a lot.
