When stamping, make sure there is a stable & perfectly flat surface under the entire area to be imprinted. The only smears/bad stamps I had were on slightly curved or unstable surfaces. My parents moved, so I bought this as a gift for them with their new address. It arrived quickly and everything was correct. Font was nice and clear and so far it stamps nicely. I hope it last as long as their previous one (from another company), they had that one for at least 25+ years!

Excellent product. Easy to use. Clear, readable print when I push the handle down. I loved that I was able to customize what I wanted to say... I did not have to use every available line. I wish there had been more choices for colors, and I wish I could have used different colors and/or different fonts on different lines. If they had been available, I would have given it 5 stars.
