Great Product. I hope that other understand how this cable works. On one end is a 4 prong Female and on the other are 1 each 4 prong male and 3 each 3 prong males. The 4 prong male is the master and the others are slave and will run at the same speed. They are not missing pins, they are designed to run master and slave.

I was a bit skeptical at first just because the materials did feel kind of cheap. But it actually ended up working like a charm. Really nice and handy when you’re adding a lot of fans to your PC, or if you just wanna clean up your motherboard. Would definitely buy more for my next build.

Does what is supposed to do at a decent price. Solid purchase.

have had these for months, they are great and never have given me any problems.

Product description is mislabeled.It should be "4-Pin PWM Female to One 4-Pin PWM Male and Three 3-Pin Non-PWM Males".You can see in the picture that only one of the 4 splits is 4-Pin PWM and the other three are only 3-Pin.Which means that only one of your fans you hook up to this are actually going to benefit from PWM control.I wish I had noticed the pic before I placed my order, but I was trusting the product description when I ordered.
