I like that the toilet paper holder is easy to put up and easy to slip paper on and off. It's small but serves its purpose well. It could be installed vertically or horizontally. It's perfect for a one person use. Easy to secure with the adhesion tape supplied. However, I am careful not to pull on it. In a multiple person family with kids, they might not be as careful and end up yanking it from the wall.

Super easy to install and is a great option for tiny bathrooms. My cats kept "playing" with toilet paper rolls at night so this is perfect to get it up higher. Its functional and sturdy. In the picture shown I have the largest toilet paper roll you can buy and it fits great. This has been installed for a few months now has no signs of popping off the wall.

If you are worried about being able to take this off the wall, then use 3M Command strips. I put it on tile with the adhesive that comes with it. As soon as the adhesive touched the tile, it attached one hundred percent and could not be moved! Make sure you know exactly where you want it. Mine has a one-degree tilt that I am not going to worry about. Also, there were no instructions at all. Otherwise, I am very happy with it. I am glad I saw the comment about using a hair dryer to heat up the adhesive when I want to remove it.I almost wish it had no adhesive, so I could use whatever I wanted depending on the surface I was attaching it too.
