I am a photographer who likes to hunt spiders at night to get closeup and macro photos. When I saw this headlamp it looked like it would be good for that since it wraps around your forehead and gives a really bright light in a wide angle. My old headlamp didn't work so well because my camera would block the light.I was right, and am really glad I found this. As you can see in the photos, it provides plenty of light for photographing spiders in the middle of the night. When walking around, the light covers my whole vision from side to side. I've had it about a week, and charged it when it arrived but have not had to charge it again, even with using it every night. I have not used the side light much, though it is about as strong as a cree light. The power switch adjusts the main light from high beam to low beam, then does the same for the side light. The sensor can be turned on and off, so you can control the light with a wave of your hand.It's well worth the price and works great for my purposes. I'll be using it for some camping and hiking as soon as this extreme heat wave is over :)

Item arrived promptly, folded in a fairly small box. The light strip is super bright and does well illuminating the entire area in front of you. The pin light is bright itself and does a decent job lighting up the spot you are focused on. Each light has 2 settings for brightness and, one of my favorite things, the lights can be shut off with the single press of the button; a quick double tap adjusts the brightness. Another favorite for this light is the fact that its rechargeable with an included charging cable; so no need for all the batteries every time I accidentally leave the light on. Of course, with the brightness of this light, its a bit hard to miss that you haven't turned it off. It also has a on/off feature that works by the waving of your hand by the side of your head; this feature is ok. It is difficult to not turn it off just as soon as you turn it on, as it is very sensitive to any motion by the side of your head, where the motion eye resides. All-in-all, I am very pleased with this light and will be looking to purchase more of them for gifts to others.This light also has an option to wave your hand to turn the light on and off.

I had low expectations, given that it is quite cheap. However this thing works perfectly! Very bright, and battery life seems to be ok for my needs. I've used it inevitability for a week, and am try to discharge it. I've used it while biking and while walking the dog.

Super bright and the motion detection is great. Battery doesn't last as long as advertised

I bought this before a fairly extensive electrical project in my attic. I was a life saver...litterally. I could see. My only complaint would be battery life. You get a 1-1/2 to 2 hours on the brightest setting and then it dies and needs to recharge over the course of about an hour. I'd have two of them on hand if you plan on a big project.

This headlamp is amazing! I got it for my son who loves to work on cars. Allows him to be hands free and the power on this light is incredibly bright. Great for walking the dog at night too. Very lightweight

I got this product because in the Michigan winter, the sun sets around 5 o’clock every day. And unfortunately I don’t get to walk my dog until after work most days so I knew that I needed some type of headlamp in order to feel safe and visible while walking.I have found that this headband style does provide a greater arc of illumination while we are walking on potentially slick or icy sidewalks Compared to headlamps with one single light on it that projects forward only.I do find that I can only go on two walks which is about 60 or so minutes before the light seems to be dimmed and needs a recharge. There is an interesting feature which allows you to switch the light on and off only by tapping Which can save battery life but I don’t use that often.

I freaking adore this headlamp. I used it every day at work until I lost it. When I went back to Amazon to buy more it was out of stock. I am so sad. I just ended up buying more off of AliExpress for super cheap.
