Iberia Marsala Cooking Wine, 25.4 fl. oz.

I was in need of a good option of cooking wine and decided to try this out and trust me it was worth it. The price was right, quality in taste was great, and the size of the bottle lasted me for a while. I’m happy with my purchase.

Great cooking wine. The result after cooking the beef in this wine is really delicious.

I have no complaints about this wine. It's not the best I've ever used, but it's pretty good. I used it to flavor some spaghetti sauce one day, and a risotto dish the next day. Good stuff. If you want a sweet Marsala flavor, this is a good choice. Just bear in mind it is meant for cooking, not drinking, and the wine has been salted to enhance the flavors in your pan... not meant for drinking!!

I made chicken marsala with this . It was really good. Will buy again.
