Good product and good finish.

I replaced one shower arm with this arm previously and liked it so much I replaced two more. Coupled with a rainfall shower head this makes a great update to the shower. The package contains all you need, Teflon tape and a nice trim ring. Install is a breeze. Removing the old arm will likely be more trouble than installing this one. Maybe 15 minutes total to swap out the old one with this new one.

The quality of the metal, finish, and threads exceeded my expectation. No burs. Extends out while keeping stock height. One piece so no risk for leakage. Used on a Moen 8-inch rain shower and its perfect for all people of average height 5-5 through 6-foot. I also got their Purelex 16-inch straight extension for other family members under 5-7 o they can reach the Moen's 2-function lever. This kit also comes with plumber's tape. Quality cover with rubber gasket included.Tip: I spent a good 20 minutes per shower outlet (in the wall )cleaning up and prepping the inner pipe of debris and mineral deposits using vinegar and baby wipes. Be sure to flush the water without showerhead for 2 minutes. Install the shower head and run for 10 mins. Be sure to inspect the pipe outlet for leakage. If no leakage is present then proceed to use clear silicone sealant (the one which cures in 30-mins) around the wall cover.

I usually don’t get excited about a shower arm but when this arrived I was stunned. The packaging was something you would see at a fine jeweler. The steel and turned threads were thick and works of art. I could tell it was made in the USA just looking at the quality. Best shower component I have purchased!

The pipe is perfectly fine. It's easy to use and looks good.I do have a warning for those planning to purchase. When I installed this with a rain shower head, I only had about 2 inches of clearance above my head. I was constantly bumping in to the shower head. I ended up purchasing the Purelux High Arc Long Reach Stainless Steel Shower Arm. Now I have about a foot of clearance and no longer bump the shower head. I'm 5'11".

I ordered a rainshower head, and needed an extension. I didn't want to pay the high price at the big box stores, and they didn't have a stainless/nickel finish one, anyway, and I wanted to match the shower head. I ordered this one, and was very pleased with the quality. It installed in seconds, and even came with Teflon tape. The flange is high quality and fit very snugly against the wall, creating a good seal. All in all, a great purchase.

We recently got a rain style shower head. It leaked at the top when installed on the previous shower arm. It was also shorter so it held the shower head at too much of an angle. This made the water go in my ears or up my nose. My husband is a plumber and this is the replacement shower arm that he picked out to purchase. (This was purchased, on our own and at full price.) He installed it and we have had no issues with any leaking. I like the way it holds the shower head, straight, not angled. The body of it is made of stainless steel. I like that it came neatly packaged with a flange and Plumber's tape. It was simple to install and required no special tools. We have had no issues with leaks and it is very sturdy. It doesn't wobble around with the pressure of the water.ETA: After use of 1-3 times a day, there are still no leaks.

This is my 2nd purchase of this excellent extension arm. It has held up excellently over the years and still looks like the day I’ve got it. It has never shown signs of rust and for that reason, I am beyond pleased. It’s a very high quality product that makes a tremendous difference in your quality of life on a day to day. I highly recommend this well manufactured pipe.Working on a bathroom renovation, don’t mind the missing tile.

Threads screwed perfectly in four full turns to my 1/2" NPT (North American Standard) bath fittings with pipe tape. Previous reviewers indicated issues with threads, but I had no issues. A little lighter stainless steel than I had hoped, but still a good product at good price.

Well done guys, well packaged, product better than expected, nice weight, sealing rubber ring a bonus as well as the PTFE tape. Great to see the attention to detail and attention to selling. Thank You.
