Modway AMZ-5041 Lily Tufted Linen Fabric Upholstered Queen Headboard in Gray

I bought this to replace a headboard on my parents' bed. The quality of fabric and construction was quite good. Assembly was straight forward and it fit the queen sized bed perfectly. The posts that attach to the bed frame attached easily and the way the holes are drilled allows it to be adapted to different bed frame configurations. You can also easily adjust the height of the headboard above the bed. The only things to be aware of, is that the poles that the headboard attaches to are wooden planks. Reasonably strong, and would be no issue if the headboard backs against a wall. If the headboard is not against a wall, there is some play, and I think it would not be impossible to break one (the wood is, of course, some softwood like pine, not maple.) I also appreciated that they included extra bolts of different sizes which made it easier to adapt to different bed frames. For comparison, I would say this was a step up from something from Ikea.Also, the padding on the headboard is pretty thick so if you are opting to have the headboard drop below the level of the mattress top, the mattress will have to be pushed back about an inch and a half. If you also then push the box spring back to be under the mattress, you will have a gap where the box spring has been moved. Or you can choose to have the mattress overhang the boxspring by an inch and a half.However, these were not big issues in my case, and given that it looks nice, was easy to assemble, and was a good value I am giving 5 stars.

We received our Gray headboard (King size) yesterday, and only have positive things to say about it.It was inexpensive (only $125, including Prime delivery), but isn't particularly inexpensive quality.The legs are reasonably sturdy, the headboard is solid, but light enough that one person can lift it.Installation is SUPER SIMPLE, and included all the parts we needed. I was able to attach the headboard to the legs in about 1 minute total.It did take too of us to install it on the bed (one to hold it upright to keep it from leaning away, one to screw it to the bed with the included bolts). Note that the instructions are INSIDE the plastic wrap with the headboard... not floating around in the box.We were worried that it may be too short or too small, but honestly it's a great size, and it's easily adjustable to different heights. We have a standard king size bed with a metal frame and box spring, and we have the headboard on the 2nd and 3rd holes rather than the top one.SUGGESTION: You know the saying measure twice, cut once? Well... do that. Sort of. Once you attach the legs to the headboard, line up the headboard with the bed and see if you like the height BEFORE you attach it to the bed. It takes 1 minute to adjust the legs before it's attached to the bed. It'll take a lot longer if you have to hold it up to fix it after.OVERALL I'd probably give this an 8 out of 10. The texture is excellent, the color couldn't be better, and it's reasonably soft. My ONLY complaint is that the padding could be either a teeny bit thicker (in case you lean back against it while sitting up on the bed while reading for a long period) or the fabric itself could be a bit softer material.We have already recommended it to a friend.

5 minutes to unpack, 5 minutes to assemble, perfect navy color, well-made. Perfect for leaning against while reading in bed. The only thing that would improve the stability would be a horizontal support slat between the 2 verticals. I have it squished tight against the wall by my bedframe and mattress but I can feel just a hair of wiggle. It was money well spent. I chose this shape specifically because I intend to make slipcovers to match my different bedding sets and nice square shape will make this easy.

The headboard itself looks very nice and adds a touch of elegance to my twin beds in a rental unit. The only disappointment is the color. Instead of white it lends itself to a yellowish white. I had an area rug already purchased and it would have been fantastic had it looked like it’s pictured here. Great price for the quality though!

This head board is beautiful. I love the color, and the fabric is very nice. Attaching it to the bed frame wasn't too difficult. I built the bed frame first then clamped the headboard in the right spot, which was easy because it's pretty light. The width of the bed frame and the head board matched up. The included screws weren't long enough (2.75") but that can be fixed for less than ten bucks at a hardware store. No issues with noise. Would recommend!

The media could not be loaded. It has nice fabric. We bought the King size in Navy, which is brighter than in the picture. It arrived clean, with no stains, and was delivered very quickly. Its height adjusts to accommodate different mattress thicknesses, and we easily adjusted the headboard above the bed. The assembly was easy—my husband did it his own way, attaching it to the wall. The room looks cozy. I was afraid the construction might make noise when turning over while sleeping, but it didn’t. I give it 5 stars.

Super cute and easy to assemble but DANG this thing stinks. We have had it out for 3 days and it still smells like dirty you know what. We have wiped it down, sprayed it, everything. It stinks lol.
