Extra virgin olive oil
This oil from Imperia Liguria Italy is a superb extra virgin .Good for condiment salads and veg. Also for light frying.Come with a jar of pitted olives that aren't oil and very tasty as well as a jar of olives paté that I put on tast or crostini, good for a snack

Thoroughly enjoyed it
This is very good quality oil, nice flavour and very pleasant. Taste is leaning more towards sweet than bitter perhaps fruity but not in a sweet sugary way, can't really explain it but tastes excellent with salad

Punchy flavours
I’ve been using this oil for a while now and here’s my view on how it’s fared. It’s a lovely golden colour and comes wrapped in gold paper. The flavour is quite strong; fruity and quite peppery. Personally I find it a bit too harsh compared to good quality (by that I mean expensive stuff like Iliada) Greek olive oil which suits my taste better. That said this is a quality oil and works well for dipping with balsamic. It’s also works well roasting veg and looks good too due to that lovely colour. All in all it’s a good product, although for me I’m going to stick to Greek oils going forwards. If you prefer the flavour of Italian oils then I’d recommend this.

Little bottles, big flavour
I actually decant this into a bigger bottle for my daily needs - but was actually surprised how much is in each bottle. It is very light in flavour, perfect for salads. Smells divine too, very fresh. A decent, daily oil.

Love olives? You will Adore this set!
This is truly an excellent gift collection of Le Terre di Colombo products which I have been enjoying these last 2 weeks. It contains a bottle of their finest olive oil (750ml), a glass jar of olives and another jar of Riviera olive paste. Both of these glass jars were incredibly enjoyable. The olives were full of flavour and very rich, clearly not your average olives you would buy in your supermarket. The spread was equally enjoyable and I had it on lovely toasted bread for a tapenade styled lunch. As mentioned, this isn’t your average olive oil, nor is it one for your everyday cooking. I say that because this is truly an olive oil where you would want to savour the taste and consistency. This Olive Oil by Le Terre di Colombo is truly sublime. It has a mouth-watering, delicious and light fruity taste which is silky smooth in texture. It really brings out the flavours of particular salads such as roasted peppers and mozzarella with a sprinkle of sea salt. The bottle is very beautifully and sets it apart from other olive oils in the premium range. I love the addition of the old school bottle cap which adds some charm and character to the bottle.I can’t currently comment on price as I don’t have access to this information but I would assume it to be around the £20 mark. It is truly a high quality olive gift set so if you’re willing to spend a bit more, you won’t be disappointed!Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)

Lovely Set of Olive Oil and co
We absolutely love Olive oil in our house and use nothing but so this set was no brainer to purchase.A nice jar full of delicious olives disappeared within a day of the item arriving at our doorstep. The whole set looks expensive and in the future I am thinking it could be a lovely gift, packaging is gorgeous and the actual Extra Virgin Olive oil is full of flavour and goes down really well with a bit of bread dipped in it with balsamic vinegar and a bit of sea salt. The real treat was the olive pate though. Same size as the olive jar this was something I've never had before. I was kind of expecting an olive pesto and I apologise to my Italian friends for such vulgarity but this suppressed my expectations! We had it with tagliatelle pasta and few of the olives that I managed to save from my partner and fresh cherry tomatoes with mushrooms.Delicious and won't break the bank. Treat yourself or even better give it as a gift.
