This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE worth mentioning.
I bought this germen one (because it was cheap and easy to convert). This company was not interested in the broken one. Not even comments on their Facebook site or emails to the CEO had any effect for either me or other complainants. Avoid this company for ANY sort of service on their products. Wish I'd not bothered to by a replacement now, but it was cheap as it was not a UK version. Let's hope it lasts longer than the first one!

No white attachment holder comes with this great keyboard
I needed this keyboard to hold the ipad or phone upright and thought it would come with the white attachment pictured. It doesn’t, so i had to return this and buy direct from apple.

Without accessories
As photo I attached, when I opened my parcel, there's nothing inside except the keyboard. I didn't get the USB-cable, iphone stand and product document inside. It's a little disappointed when I open my parcel and look forward to use key to go keyboard.
