I use it as a high beam for when it's needed, it works very well. I like the different modes it has and it's even brighter than my friend's light. It's also very uncommon for a light to fit Pinerello One-Piece handlebars so thats a sweet feature! I'd recommend it to anyone

I used two of these for mountain biking after dark. They really do the trick. One is mounted on my helmet, and the other on the handlebar. At level three of four I don't have any trouble making the battery last for a full hour of riding. Sometimes if it is cold, level 4 will start to run out the battery around 45 minutes. It will telegraph that battery is low by quickly flashing a couple of times. I generally run at level three and don't have this problem. These are sophisticated and bright lights. Very high quality.

I own the F-1200 for about two years. Used it for road and for off-road single-trails. The light is very powerful. It is perfect for road cycling, as it is very compact and easy to use, and the beam is far reaching. 5-starts.The problem I had was during off-road trail cycling, esp. on technical singles. I found the beam to be too narrow to get a good sense of coming turns, which means you have to reduce speed to get to the comfort zone. If there was a wide-beam lens attachment, that could be really great. 4-starts.Battery life is enough for a 1-1.5 hour ride when set to max, so if you plan a long ride, better have a portable charger or look somewhere else. 4-stars.I was skeptical that the handlebar mount could withstand off-road shakes and vibrations but it is surprisingly sturdy! 5-stars for this mount.

This light is great: mounts firmly on the bike, is bright enough for any situation, and the battery lasts for hours. Glad I purchased this thing.

I bought this May 23. And now the battery will not hold a charge and light does not remain on for my ride. Not sure if I can replace the battery. So be aware. If any one has a solution for a poor please let me know. Thanks.
