Great place to store your breaded items
I really enjoy having this bread box. It is very good quality and I like the wood look. It holds a lot and keeps the items fresh. It’s very durable and easy to clean although the windows do get dirty often from the placement in my kitchen. I like that it has two separate compartments.

Easy peazy
After reading the reviews for this, I went into this project thinking it was going to be a pain but boy was I surprised by how easy it was.First of all, the packaging this came in was top notch. Every piece was packed in its own plastic bag and everything was held securely with 2 pieces of styrofoam. The screws and other hardware were in a separate plastic bag and there are extra screws included in case you accidentally drop one and can’t find it (happens to me all the time). They even include a pretty nice Phillips head screwdriver that is worthy of keeping for future projects. The parts aren’t labeled but the instruction sheet shows a pretty good drawing of each piece. I’m a 61 year old guy and didn’t have any issue figuring out what was what. Follow the steps and you should be able to figure it out. One thing I will say though is when you attach the 2 side pieces to the bottom, only tighten the screws about 3/4 of the way until you slide in the 2 back pieces. After the backs are in, then tighten the side screws. For me, all of the predrilled holes lined up perfectly. The glass is lined with a peel off plastic so peeling that off will be your last step.Of all the steps in this project the trickiest part would be the top door install. I recommend flipping the box over on its top and then laying the door next to it. Line up the hinges to the predrilled holes inside the door and screw them in. These screws (for the hinges) are tiny so it’s a little tedious but doable if you’re patient and your hands don’t shake too much. LOLAll in all I think this breadbox was a good value and was pretty easy to put together. It took me about 10 minutes to construct. It seems sturdy and I got another free screwdriver to add to my tool arsenal.

Nice breadbox
The breadbox is nice looking and sturdy. However, I’m disappointed with the gab between the doors. It’s about 1/2 an inch thick and will in no way keep the random flies that get into my house, out of my bread. Im not sure what to do about that gap. Otherwise the bread box is perfect. I make my own bread products and it displays them well.

Attractive & Functional
I like how it looks on my counter - very attractive. I also like how much space there is on both shelves. I baked some sandwich bread in my large pullman pan (See pic it's on bottom shelf) and I still had space for a 1/4 loaf of raisin bread - very spacious. Putting it together was easy, just struggled a bit with the tiny screws for the hinges as they were hard for my eyes to see, but I finally conquered it! One other thing would be the trim piece where the lid rests on the bottom. It is stapled in and I noticed it was coming loose - so I sealed it back in with a dab of glue.I wouldnt say this was top quality, but for the money it's decent, and it wasnt worth returning over a drop of glue that no one can see. It's functional, attractive and does it's job. I will say, now that everyone can actually see the bread on the counter I am baking more loaves per week - lol

WOW! Absolutely beauatiful bread box and easy to assemble!
Have been needing a bread box, looked high and low for one I liked and big enough for my large families bread products. This came completely unassempled, which I knew from ready description...but took all of 5 min to assemble, literally. The screw driver that's needed was included in the box with very clear and easy to follow assembly instructions. Don't always write reviews, but this breadbox is above and beyond what I thought it would be. Very nice addition to my kitchen. Highly reccomend and don't be scared off by the assembly, was too easy....and SUPER value for the money.

Good size-bread loses moisture.
Looks good, great size so fits quite a bit inside while still fitting nicely where I wanted to put it. Easy to put together with only a couple of holes not quite lining up. My biggest problem is the main reason I purchased it-it doesn’t keep my bread fresh. I had hoped that I could store homemade bread in it, but it doesn’t maintain the moisture. I’ll still use it but will have to continue to wrap my fresh bread as I was before.

Works, but fitment tolerances are low.
This bread box looks great on our counter. It went together easily, with a few exceptions. The fitment tolerances are not high quality. I had to shave and sand a couple pieces to properly assemble. Even after the extra effort the two doors slightly interfere with one another. It does work and looks great.

Looks like a bread box to me
It started with a laugh because they supplied a screwdriver. A magnetic one at that. Not necessary but thank you anyways!Panels aren't labeled but it just took a matter of looking at the instructions and matching up the pictures which wasn't too hard at all. Took this stay at home mom a mere 20 minutes to put together, 10 of those minutes was me struggling to get the supplied screwdriver to put the little hinge screw on, which is when I broke out my own screwdriver. They almost lost a few starsfrom me when a screw started freely spinning, but they supplied extra and I tried a different screw and it went on snuggly.Box appears sturdy and looks like a decent bread box to me.Here's to lots of future bread making!

Very nice looking!
Very nice looking bread box. The only complaint was when I received it the box was not taped closed, so good thing it was not beat up during transit as would have lost some of the parts.

Love the look, though could be better for the price
I love the look of this, and it does what I want it to do. The clear front means that the family can see what's in there, so hopefully I won't be finding stale crumpets and muffins languishing in the cupboard any more. It's sustainably produced using bamboo, and feels sturdy now it's built. The only thing keeping it from a five star review is the quality of the finish. It doesn't quite fit together as well as it could, including the part that came pre-assembled, and there's a bit of a gap between the two doors which hopefully won't trap flies in the summer. There's some kind of residue on the glass too which didn't clean off with soapy water or by gently scraping with my nail, so that's a little disappointing. For a tenner less I wouldn't be quibbling about it.

Nice unit came without hardware or instructions
This unit would probably rate a 4 but ours arrived without assembly instructions, without hardware to assemble and without knobs. As it was the last one available I went to the hardware and purchased knobs and screws $28. So it wasn't a great deal.

Better if came assembled...
The instructions weren't the best, but you did get extra screws and knobs. Don't understand why one door hinge was already screwed to bottom and not the top piece as this took longer than the whole thing! Very fiddly. But I am happy with the sturdiness.I'm a little disappointed that even though I was very careful in lining up the holes , the finished product is a little out of shape. If I'm honest for the money I paid, I think I would have preferred it to already be assembled ....

Unsure about this product
This was not a simple assembly. Immediately apparent was that the diameter of the holes provided for the main screws were too narrow. The result is that attempting to assemble under those conditions would make it very difficult to get the pieces to fit snugly. I had to drill the hole to enlarge them. Also, (note photos) one of the lower door hinges was misplaced meaning that the door cannot shut properly. I had to remove the screws, fill the holes and start again. Also these screws are very small and fiddly. I would imagine that many people would have problems. I am am a skilled model maker and they tried my patience. Photo 3 shows the screwdriver that was supplied. Not much use for the small screws and did not properly fit the larger ones. Needed my own tools. These hinges must be more robust to have any chance of lasting. I did look at their video, but this was a speeded up version making it look simple. Well, it isn't, and the people in the video were using much better tools. Now that its together it isn't too bad, but I am hovering about value for money.
