Green Marble Gold Plated Legal Lawyer Law Paperweight

I ordered this as an additional Christmas gift for my mother-in-law who just got accepted to Harvard Law. For one, I received this item far past Christmas. Once arrived, I noticed it was damaged/chipped. I immediately went through with the return and replace process. I just received my second item and it’s also damaged/chipped! Now I just want a refund and I give up.
