Battery last about 2months now my phone dies around 18 percent.

The phone now has a constant alert this is not the right battery and cannot show any status.

The battery fit the phone, it plugged in and it powered the phone, for a few short hours at best. But the phone was constantly showing an alert that the battery is not compatible with the phone. The capacity of the new battery was shorter than the capacity of the battery I replaced. I replaced the battery of an older generation iPhone last year and was very happy with that one; the battery lasted two days with normal usage. This battery was not close to that.

This battery is an excellent replacement for a do it yourself phone mechanic.Be warned that iPhone will detect the battery as a non-authorized replacement. Your phone will do some strange things. After it was in the phone for a month the phone acclimated and is mostly fine. The phone still occasionally shuts down if I use the speaker at high volume. Weird stuff and that’s how Apple rolls
