SpeTool1/16 inch Cuting Diameter Spiral UP Cut Router Bit with 1/4 inch Shank 2 Flute Plunge CNC End Mill

I was hesitant to use the recommended feed rate of 54 ipm after breaking another bit at 10 ipm; however, this plowed through the plywood and left a decent cut for such as small diameter. Well worth the price IMO!

Have been using Spe-Tool bits for a year. Have been impressed with the surface finish and durability. Used mainly for small interior cuts after larger bits have cut the bulk of the material out.

Some of the SpeTool bits are great and others are horrible. The 1/16th is one of the more horrible bits in my experience.

Bought for my husband who couldn’t find this size in stores. Great price. We’re ordering another one because he feels for the consistent use of he uses it for, it won’t last. Great quality and does the job he needs it to do for his woodworking projects.

I was actually surprised how well it worked on my project i did todaywas kinda waiting for it to snap in half any minute but it actually did really well through out the cutI ran it at 55 ipm wuth no issues

It took almost 3 weeks to get here, but I have it now. However, since it was 7:39p when it arrived, I won't be using it until tomorrow. This will be used in a Shaper Origin. Hope I don't break it!Solid carbide so should hold up well.

Snapped in half cutting a 1:16th tool path at 175 mm/min which is below Rex speeds/feeds will not buy this brand again

I cannot believe the durability and longevity of this bit considering it is 1/16". Excellent bit!

I was a little concerned with reading reviews where the bit was already gribulated when the buyer received the bit. I know with Amazon, you can just send it back for a replacement so that's not a big deal.The bit was nice and sharp. I use it to cut saddle slots for custom built guitars.see how long it will lastfor anybody buying 1/16", I would suggest you buy two in case one borks on you.

It broke way to easy. Junk. Buyer beware. Bit is weak and junk

I have had 3 of these now and every single one has broken at the base, 1 on first use!! I need a 1/16" bit for the work that I do but can't afford to keep buying these.
