More stems than expected
It was have been 5 stars but my bag was 70% stem trimmings. I just steep them along with the leaves and the teas comes out fine.

Calms the nerves!
Bought it for my brother's heart palpitations but I tried it just to see if the taste was okay. I couldn't believe how it calmed my nerves! I can't continue to use it on a regular basis because of other health issues but I have several friends who are hooked!
