Cupping is one of the strangest things I've learned about in the past year. After trying it, I can see how it helps to pull oxygen into the cupped area, which is always good for circulation and a means to help with some sort of healing benefit.These smaller cups are good for targeted work. They can be a little tricky to use at first because I find that if I don't squeeze and layer over my skin just right, they fall off fast. It does take a little practice.Then again, once you get a good squeeze cupped placed, do be careful with that. I made the mistake of being able to get a really great suction placement going over a more wrinkly part of my face and let it go for awhile. Once removed, there were two things that I specifically noticed. One was that the cupped area was swollen. Now that didn't bother me at all because that is often very normal for a good cupping. Don't worry about that because the swelling goes down rather fast after the cup has been removed. The other thing, and this was not good at all, was that the cupped area was red. I would have been totally fine with that if the redness went away with the swelling since that only lasted maybe 10 or 15 minutes maximum. But that redness turned into a red bruise that was there for a few days. All I can say is that I'm sure glad that it was in an area that was covered by my face mask when I was out in public.

Light suction

Both of these were a little smaller than I assumed but they seem to work as intended. The small one seems really small but it’s good for those areas around the brows or nose. I don’t always make time for a massage with these but I definitely should because it feels so great on my skin.
