Great mod with wireless charging but lack of case available is a pain.
One of my main problems with the Moto Force Z was the inability to wirelessly charge. I recently upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy 6 which had wireless charge capabilities. I purchased this solely for the wireless charging. I popped this on my phone and had instant wireless charging. This mod has wonderful charging also. I have never ran out of a charge while my phone has been attached. I think the lowest I have gone is to 60% and that was while I was on my phone constantly through out the day. One thing I do have a problem with is the lack of available cases that will fit with the mod on. I bought a OtterBox case and it is a pain having to switch for a case to the mod every day. Other than that small issue I love this power mod.

Works reliably as expected.
All good... this mod adds a welcome flexibility.I have a Moto Z4.After I add this mod to the back of my Moto Z4 I can:- place this in a wireless charger and both batteries get charged.- plug the phone in to a charging USB-C cord and both batteries get charged. My car has wireless phone charging built in and I am gradually converting the phone chargers in my home from USB-C cable to wireless.Perfect... now I have both!

PMA wireless charger works, qi not so much
It is a great battery pack that is handy to snap on the back of my Moto z2 play. However, the real deal for me was wireless charging. This did not work with two qi chargers that I bought (Anker powerwave 10W, and Choetech 10W charger) this was after I bought a new Anker elite powerport 2 to make sure the correct amperage was being supplied (5V 2A for the charging pads, and the powerport had capability of sending 2.4A at 5V). The issues I had was the wireless charger being detected say it started charging and then dropping out. It would then just constantly cycle through this progression of detect, charge for about 5-10s, no charge. Which would end up draining the battery in the phone and the tumi powerpack. Frustrating, and I would have given it 2 starts at that point, but the solution I found was to switch to a pma wireless charger (Duracell powermat 2x). Finally it works, and I love the addition of more battery and wireless charging to my Moto z2 play! As the Tumi says it is qi compatible and I found it incompatible at least for the versions which are currently on the market, I knocked it a star. Hope this saves others from the frustration.

I purchased this power pack.
That this powerpack would be an exact replacement for my old wireless powerpack that charged on a wireless charge base. As you can see in the photos, my old one stated right on the battery, wireless and the new one is not. Well the new one will not charge on the wireless pad. Yes, it does charge on the cable, and holds a good charge but it is useless on a wireless pad. The description says that it will charge wireless. As far as contacting the store, not listed in the description.I will edit this review if the store reaches out to me and makes this purchase rightUntil then they get less than one star!

Only problem is I cannot use my protective cover with the battery on
I love how this battery mod keeps my phone at 100% battery life and without this mod, I would not be able to wirelessly charge my phone (with the receiver attached), but I use a "notebook" style phone cover that has kept my phone clean and protected plus gives me a strap to hang on my wrist to carry my phone. With this mod (or any mod for that matter), I can't use my notebook case/cover. Don't know why someone out there can't figure out how to make a phone notebook style cover to accommodate the extra battery...

Not Wireless Charging!
Like many reviews I read, this did NOT have wireless capability as advertised... Which was the only reason I purchased. I decided to give it a shot because some reviews were positive.I gave 3 stars because the was product not as described... However the company had fantastic Customer Service, communication, provided a free return shipping label and a full refund.I recommend contacting the buyer to see if they have WIRELESS capable units in stock prior to buying.

Works as promised + warrantied = Great Deal!
As the wireless charging Mod extended batteries have gone out of production, the prices are either exorbitant for a new one or you have to go used. This was listed as Used - Good and it was stated that the battery had been tested, so I contacted the seller to make sure I could return. Therefore I felt confident taking a chance, and was pleasantly surprised. Battery life seems to be as good as the Incipio I have been using daily for over a year.

Spotty
The whole reason that I purchased this device was for the wireless charging feature. The one that I received will barely charge on any of the wireless chargers that I have. It must be placed in exactly the right place within a quarter of an inch either direction. Even when it does finally connect the charging is at a snail's pace. In the morning I get up and the phone is charged but the additional battery has not even reached 100%. The one that I received will not charge unless it is attached to a phone. I did give it to stars because the battery does add significant life to the phone battery if you can ever get it to charge.
