This grill is so easy to assemble. You don’t need an instruction manual. It’s built like a Sherman Tank. So far I have smoked chili, chicken and ribs with outstanding results. This is the best pellet smoker ever.

I bought this direct from Smoke Daddy. I got the sear station and Big Kahuna smoke generator. It was simple to assemble and worked very well "straight out of the box". It's very heavy duty and uses high quality components (stainless steel etc.)The owners of Smoke Daddy have been wonderful to work with, gave lots of good advice on how to get the best out of the smoker.After a few uses the heat diffuser warped - no problem - they replaced it without question. My questions about temperature control were all answered on the phone. What a joy to actually speak to a real person that knows what they are talking about!I bought this model after a lot of research and comparison. The deciding factor was the outstanding reputation for customer service. Highly recommend this firm and their products

Quite possibly the easiest most economical way to grill year round!
Right from the start, from the initial burn-off to the next dozen sessions, this is the easiest outdoor platform I've ever used. I may be retiring my beloved KomodoKamdo cooker in favor of this marvel! I love the local owner aspect as well, service is top notch the one and only time I used them! Buy this unit!
