In all my 60+ years I have never used a “super glue” type of product that is as fantastic as Shoe-Fix Glue! I originally purchased it to repair a shoe of course. But then I needed to repair something else that was broken and the options of various super glues we had available here at home were all lacking in one way or another. So I chose the shoe glue on something that wasn’t a shoe. Lo and behold it held fast and strong! I was so amazed I have used it for all repairs and threw away all those other super glues. I’ve used it on jewelry, ceramics, plastics, eye glasses, everything. The bottle opens easy, it pours easy, never clogs! I love it. One bottle lasted almost a year.

This stuff does what other brands claim to do and don't. Been using it for years, and use it all the time. Especially good for ladies jewelry repair. Interestingly, it stays SLIGHTLY flexible so that you can repair shoes with it. Just FYI...be super careful with this stuff, it seriously bonds within a couple of seconds, including human skin. If you do have an accident, don't panic....get some Lacquer Thinner (any hardware store) and soak the bond and eventually it will release.

If you buy a crappy shoe, you need this stuff.

I had a couple of pairs of shoes that were worth keeping but not worth taking to a shoe repair shop. In both cases, a large portion of the sole had separated. This glue set quickly and so far has held with no evidence of failure. I did apply pressure for at least a minute and used rubber bands on one pair to hold the sole in place until I was confident it had set. I would recommend wearing nitrile gloves during the application and covering the surface where you're doing the work.

I wasn't sure this would work. I've had a pair of LLBean water sneakers for at least 19 years. Infrequently worn, but when I pulled them out last summer, the rubber sneaker sole was half-separated from the shoe footbed. Of course, I couldn't find a replacement, so after reading reviews of various shoe repair glues, I gave this a try. I followed instructions and glued the soles back. Then I pulled them out for a spring break fishing trip last week...the shoe was like brand-new...no separation, no stiffness, no cracking!

This glue really works for everything. Dries so fast and holds better than any other super glue that’s on the market. I will be buying this again. Worth the money!

It’s supposed to be shoe glue but really it’s just super glue. It smells like super glue, it flows like super glue, and it works just like super glue. I needed this because the soles of my shoes were coming off and it works great to stick it back on, but unfortunately super glue dries brittle and eventually it will crack and break off again. Really for shoes we need flexible glue that can withstand bending and flexing.
