BEAUTIFUL COOKBOOK!!! So many Pictures!!! Great sounding and simple recipes!

Over 500 pages of fish food! A very informative book with multiple fish recipes of every kind of fish you can possibly think of prepared in various ways. Super thick & heavy book... I like the glossy photo images throughout the pages. The only reason why I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the font is very light and also small... so it's a little more difficult to read if you don't have 20/20 young eyes. However, I still would recommend the book and can't wait to try new recipes...

Based on photo and lack of reviews, I was concerned this would be light-duty mag. It's actually a 512-page book with tons of info on cookware, prep, and lots of diverse recipes for a given type of seafood. Awesome value and good reference.

This is a beautiful cook book with lots of color.

I am very happy w/the cookbook, I am a seafood lover & I am happy to have so many new ideas for cooking really exciting seafood dishes.

Great book

The only way I can try these recipes will be to use a strong magnifier. They may be delicious, but until I can figure out to cook with a magnifier and not get it filthy I do not know. The font looks smaller and thinner than the newspaper. I think it disrespects the buyer to sell a book published in micro-type. When you reprint this book, please use a more readable font and add detailed nutritional information. I considered returning it, but the photos look tasty. So I am looking for a magnifier.
