You will need to put this product into gel caps. Otherwise, the taste will ruin anything you put it into. 😂 Now I take 5 gel caps every day.

After doing a little research I decided to try this mushroom extract. The first thing I noticed was I am sleeping better. Since I drive a truck at night good quality sleep is very important to me. I just seem to feel better all night, too. The list of what this powder is good for is long enough for me to keep taking it. I either put it in my coffee or in my protein drink so the taste doesn't bother me. I also like the long handled scoops make it easy to get the powder out of the bag.

Honestly, this is superb quality Reishi. You want the Duanwood grown Reishi as its the most potent one. The more bitter, the better it is in my experience. I've been taking Reishi for a while and when I wasn't able to get a hold of my preferred brand, I struggled to find a good one. This is excellent, and don't be discouraged by the taste. People talk about price etc, but you can't get good quality for a cheap buck.

Really enjoyed this product. I can't say for sure, but I feel like it's helped me sleep better and feel more relaxed in the evenings. I'm about to re-order!

I am experimenting with different options in medicinal mushrooms. I am very impressed with reishi and this seems to be a strong, reputable company.

The Reishi really seems to give me a boost in energy! It is somewhat bitter, however, 1/4 teaspoon in a cup of coffee and it really isn't that bad. I feel I am getting use to the bitterness. Given the research, I am willing to put up with the bitterness for the health benefits.
