We never cook without parchment now and once we got the precut sheets-that is all we want to use. Excellent quality!

I was asked to write a review. OK This is a product that makes life easier and I have used them for several years. I don't want to have to live without them. Why? Well theyare precut and lay flat. Sure I could buy a roll of parchment and cut and lay in a pan and watch it roll up or I could buy those plastic permanent pan liners but they get sticky and yucky and are hard to clean. There that's why.

Do not measure 11” x 17” .

I wish the sheets were 11 x 17. They're a bit smaller and leave a gap at the edges where goo can get onto the pan. Previously I bought from another company and had sheets that were just slightly larger than my pan bottoms, and the sheets were thicker. Time will tell whether these work as well and can be re-used as much.

I like these precut pieces, although they do not quite reach the edges. I use them frequently and believe that I save money by buying precut instead of wasting when I use a roll type. Really worth the cost.
