Q: Do you make the strip wider than 7/16th? I need at least 3/4" overlap due to poor installation.

use two, one on each piece of glass facing each other. 3/4 gap is a very large gap

Q: Do you sell this without the extra flap. We need to protect the shower door from chips on edge?

I have this installed with the flap against the wall and it works very well but takes a day or so to get itself set, in my installation. I have seen others with no flaps they were the flexible type that had to be double back taped to stay on the door.

Q: Do we need to use glue to use this? It’s not holding it properly

I don’t use glue it may move up or down a bit when I’m cleaning the glass but generally I can just push it back up or down which ever it needs.
